Making an appointment with the Visa Section

Clients who would like to come to the Visa Section to see an officer in person will need to make an appointment by phone or email.

Requests to meet with an officer will be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, clients requesting an appointment for the following reasons will not be considered:

  • to submit a visa/citizenship application at the Visa Section in Seoul
  • requesting information on visas and citizenship that are already provided on the embassy’s website or on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s website www.border.gov.au
  • matters related with visa and citizenship applications not processed at the Visa Section in Seoul

When you request an appointment, please provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Date of birth
  • Contact phone number
  • Your reference number (Client ID, TRN, application number or file number)
  • Proposed date and time for the appointment (between 9 am and 4 pm, Mon - Fri excluding embassy holidays)
  • Reason for the appointment
