From 18 November 2017, all Partner and Prospective Marriage visa applications must be lodged online. This applies to all applicants regardless of whether you are applying for a visa inside or outside of Australia.
• Partner (subclass 309/100 and 801/820)
• Prospective Marriage (subclass 300)
Paper applications will only be accepted until Friday 17 November 2017, and applications arriving on and after Saturday 18 November 2017 will be returned and return mail cost will be borne by the applicant.
