From 18 March 2018, the Temporary Work (Skilled) (subclass 457) visa has been replaced with the new Temporary Skill Shortage (subclass 482) visa.
The Temporary Work (Skilled) (subclass 457) visa is now closed to new applications and the new Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) is now available.
The new visa is part of the Australian Government’s significant reform package to strengthen the integrity and quality of Australia’s temporary and permanent employer sponsored skilled migration programs.
