Notarial Services Fees / 공증 수수료 안내
The fees for notarial services increase on 1 January every year.
In the May 2016 Federal Budget the Government committed to an increase in Notarial fees. Notarial fees have not increased for 16 years, since 1 July 2000, and the new fee structure will simplify the existing fee structure. The new fee schedule takes into account the annual rate of inflation in Australia since fees were last increased, the growing cost of delivering notarial services and rising demand. From 2018 onwards, notarial service fees will increase annually in line with the Consumer Price Index published by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.
2016년 5월 호주 정부는 공증수수료 인상을 결정하였습니다. 공증수수료는 지난 2000년 7월 1일 이래로 16년 간 인상되지 않았으며, 인상과 함께 새로운 수수료 부과 체계가 적용될 예정입니다. 새로운 수수료는 직전 인상시기부터의 연간 물가상승률과 공증 업무 비용 및 수요 증가에 따라 책정되었습니다. 공증 수수료는 2018년부터 호주 통계청에서 발간하는 소비자 물가지수에 따라 매년 인상될 예정입니다.

UPDATE: The Embassy is transitioning to AUD payments for ALL Passport and Notarial Services. Payments can be made by VISA, Mastercard, or American Express debit or credit card. From 1 January 2024 the Embassy will no longer accept payment in local currency (Korean WON). We ask that all Embassy clients come prepared with an acceptable method of payment.
2024년 1월 1일부터 대사관에서 제공하는 호주 여권 및 공증 업무는 호주 달러(AUD)로 결제됩니다. 결제는 VISA, Mastercard 또는 American Express카드로만 가능하며 다른 카드사, 국내전용카드로는 결제가 불가능합니다.

5. Statutory Declaration (진술서 공증) - AUD 85
6. Attesting and Witnessing signature and/or Seal (서명 인증) - AUD 85
7. Attesting and Witnessing signature and/or Seal-Australian Affidavit (호주 선서 진술서 서명 인증) - AUD 85
8. Attesting and Witnessing signature and/or Seal-Property acquisition/transfer related (호주 내 토지 및 부동산 양도, 담보 대출 등을 위한 서명 인증) - AUD 85
