Passport & Notarial Services in Busan

The Australian Embassy Seoul is visiting Busan to provide Passport & Notarial Services to the Australian community on 19-21 September 2022.

This will be done by appointment only so please contact the Consular & Passports Service Section to make an appointment:

Business Centre at 30th Floor of Park Hyatt Busan

List of Services:

- Passport Application for Adult & Minor

- Certifying true copy of the original document

- Statutory Declaration

- Witnessing Signature

- Affidavit

- Apostille/Authentication

- Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI)

* Application for Apostille can be received in Busan, but will be completed in Seoul and returned by mail.

* For passport applications, if you are out of town and you are not able to visit us in Busan or attend the Australian Embassy in Seoul, please contact the Consualr and Passports Services Section by email below for further option.
