Passport & Notarial Services in Busan

The Australian Embassy Seoul is visiting Busan to provide Passport and Notarial Services to the Australian community on 4 - 5 December 2023.

This will be done by appointment only so please contact the Consular & Passports Service Section ([email protected]) to make an appointment.

Venue:

Business Centre, Park Hyatt Busan (30th Floor)

List of Services:

- Passport Application for Adult & Minor

- Certifying true copy of the original document

- Statutory Declaration

- Witnessing Signature

- Affidavit

- Apostille/Authentication

- Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (CNI)

* Application for Apostille can be received in Busan, but will need to be completed in Seoul and returned by mail.

Australian’ are reminded that the Embassy accepts passport renewals and notarials via mail. We encourage all Australian’ to send their applications and documents to the Embassy in Seoul for processing.
